Leftover Roti Magic (Sweet Version)

Somedays back I posted a simple recipe on leftover roti's, which was spicy version. Today Iam going to share with you one of the simple and easy sweet version to recycle leftover roti's. This is very easy, no cook recipe and can be made in just 2-3 minutes. It can be an yummy evening snack to kids or even to elders with sweet tooth (like me). I think, now it is not a big problem if we have some leftover roti's also.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Roti
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Cardamom

PREPERATION:

  • Make small pieces of roti and grind coarsely by adding cardamom.
  • Take out the mixture in a serving bowl and add sugar and mix well.
  • Last but not least add your 'love' to make the dish 'YUMMY'.

NOTE : You can add fried cashewnuts, almonds, raisins, etc.

Yummm. I can taste the flavours in my mouth. When I was young, mum used to make something similar but she fried the bread in a bit of ghee and added the sugar then.
