Cardamom Flavoured Black Coffee

A hot black coffee can work wonders in the chilli morning. The aroma filled by the coffee when it is gettting brewed sets my day. It helps me not only to get recharge but also comforts my tastebuds. The presence of cardamom in the coffee tingles tastebuds where coffee leaves an delectable flavour. Recent studies show that a cup of coffee in the morning not only helps to wake you up – it also provides solid, proven health benefits and burns calories. “If coffee is consumed on an empty stomach first thing in the morning before a workout, it can boost endurance and prolong fatigue, which aids in fat loss,” said Lady Trainers To Go nutritionist Anna Yuschak, M. S. Nutrition.

This hot black coffee is going to participate in FIC-Purple&Black hosted by Tongue Ticklers.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Coffee powder
  • 1 pod Cardamom, finely ground
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

PREPERATION:

  • Bring water and sugar to boil.
  • Now add coffee and cardamom powders to it.
  • On a very low flame, stir until they gets dissolve.
  • Heat slowly. When the foam starts to form, remove it from the flame and pour into a cup.
  • Serve and sip.
  • Last but not least add your 'love' to make the dish 'YUMMY'.
NOTE: Adjust the ingredients according to your taste.
