This recipe goes to Jhiva for Ingredients - Soya event hosted by Monsoon Spice. This Jhiva for Ingredients was started by Indira of Mahanandi. After comming to know that this month Jhiva for ingredients event is on Soya beans, i started to study every possible article relating to soya and i came up with this interesting points for you:
a) The FDA has confirmed that foods containing soy protein may reduce the risk of coronary heart diseases.
b) It is the cheapest high quality vegetable protein
c) Pregnant women who eat a diet high in soya beans may increase the risk of long-term developmental damage in their children, researchers have found.
d) Soy candles are becoming more popular because they burn longer and healthier.
Here is a simple recipe of soya beans which is fast to cook and yummy to eat.
INGREDIENTS:

INGREDIENTS:- 1 cup Soya beans
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- Salt to taste
PREPERATION:
- Rinse soya beans, then soak in 4 cups clear water with 2 teaspoons soda added.
- Place in refrigerator overnight.
- Boil for one hour in same water.
- Drain well and spread in shallow pan and roast at 3500 for 30 minutes or deep fry until brown.
- Sprinkle little salt on top.
- Last but not least add your 'love' to make the dish 'YUMMY'.
