INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp Cardamom pods
- 1 tbps Ajwain (Carom seeds or Bishop's weed)
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- a good strong fine Tea powder (i used Taj Mahal tea powder)
- Water & Milk

PREPERATION:
- Boil about 2 cups of water in a pan with the spices in it for 10 minutes or more.
- Add about 2 teaspoons of tea powder.
- Let it boil for a short while, then add about 1 1/2 cups of milk.
- Bring back to the boil or thereabouts, and enjoy.
- Last but not least add your 'love' to make the dish 'YUMMY'.
